Warranty and Support


A warranty is automatically included with any license purchased from XSBS. This warranty covers any program error within the components delivered to you (XSBS CORE, XSBS STUDIO, XSBS ADMIN and/or off-the-shelf X’Apps). You simply need to report your issue via email at support@dowap.eu  with your licence number and a detailed description / screenshots, and we will swiftly provide you with a corrected version to download from our platform or via email.


XSBS offers yearly contracts for expert user support. A single point of contact (SPOC) is assigned within your organization as the main beneficiary of the contract, allowing her/him to raise any question or issue related to the use of the delivered XSBX components via email or phone. We respond to your questions at the latest within the timeframes defined in the contract or earlier, via email or phone.
